Two Different Styles

Wilson Combats version and Guncrafters version of 5" 1911. Different fluting of barrel hood, different carry cuts. Different checkering. I love both guns but the GI is my favorite.

I've got a love-hate relationship with Wilson.
I love their heritage and all Bill has done for shooting sports.
I absolutely hate how Wilson can't get their ball cuts and carry cuts to align with the dust cover most of the time

They look good to me much more inline then the WC are.

They look perfect to me. I think your pistol is the 1st I've seen with carry cuts and doesn't have ball cuts.

Don't think I had ever noticed that,....great point.
Personally, I REALLY dig ball cuts
