5. Being an RO at a major match is hard work, but worth it!

4. Never volunteer to RO a major without a proper tooth brush and some Gold Bond powder.

2. The big name pros I met were really cool, and nice as well. (Although, Kalani Laker wasn't gonna give me his rifle.)

I use the Chris Anderson method & chase down the RO & "bump in to them"
 
That's another trick. If you screw one up run from the guy who wants you to sign your score sheet.
 
Wow! Will that work? If I run into the RO will it earn you a re-shoot? I can definitely keep that trick up my sleeve for the next major match! What I learned from RockCastle: Better have a 4 wheel drive. It was kind of hard to get down to the cave shoot. Definitely worth it though. Had a great time, met a bunch of pro's and even attended clinics from Bruce Piatt and Jerry, Kay Miculek.
