TDSA or TDSA?

Does anyone know the difference in The Defensive Shooting Academy of Tulsa
https://www.tdsatulsa.com/

and

The Texas Defensive Shooting Academy http://www.tdsa.net/

The logo is the same but the name is different. Did they used to be the same owner? Is it a franchise?

My understanding is the dude in Texas started TDSA and franchised out the training and name but like all good things something went wrong and they are all separate entities.

If I'm not mistaken there is one in Missouri and some other state too.

I've only seen one reference to this anywhere online before, and Len basically just said "it used to be one way and now it's this other way." He didn't talk smack about anyone.

Given all the bullshit drama that tends to develop in the shooting community I think this demonstrates the class of everyone involved.
