SX3 worth getting?

I'm retired and work at a small gun shop part time and get some smoking deals I guess it's one of the benefits. Since I'm going to give 3 gun a try this summer here in Southeast Idaho I have decent rifles and handguns I can use. I have to come up with a shotgun of some sort and was thinking about the JM 930 but then thought about a gun we have at the shop.We have a NIB Winchester SX3 3" 28" and it's been here for a couple years the owner will sell it to me for $700. I don't hunt anymore and this is a hunting gun it's even camo which I wish it was black but $700 is a good price on a new SX3. Would this be a decent gun to get a Nordic tube for and shoot 3 gun or should I take my $700 and buy something else?

Benelli rules the roost in 3 gun.
If it were my $700, I would look for a Benelli M1 super 90

What should a nice M1 run used? And what barrel length?

There are people who have used the sx3 but I doubt many if any would make the recommendation to search one out specifically for 3-gun.

I'd also find a used Benelli M1 or a new Stoeger M3000.
