Taken from VCDL newsletter this morning. I voted.

More from Fox News Insider on the story about the Iowa Congressman whose grandson was able to ward off an armed intruder in the Congressman's home.

PLEASE NOTE that there's a survey/poll on the question of: "Does Having a Gun in Your Home Protect You From an Intruder?" After my "YES" vote just moments ago, the results already were extremely positive (see below) -- proving that a whole lot of folks DO believe that "Guns Save Lives!"

Yes - They remind potential criminals that victims can fight back. 97.46%

No - I think having a gun in the home presents more danger than protection. 2.54%

I hope all VCDL(/ PSF) members will click on the link to the original article and also vote in the survey/poll, so we can keep the results just as positively on the "Guns Save Lives" side of things.

Blessings,

Deborah Jane Anderson

I think there is more to this story. I have a funny feeling they wern't looking for the 20 year old to beat him with a tire iron over $200. Hmmm Drugs maybe? Either way it was good self defense if it wasn't a shady deal. The bottom line was they entered his home but I'm sorry....This story screams shady.
