Spacer for rifle buffer tube?

The JP Catured spring has a delrin spacer so you can use it in A2 stock receiver extention. I don't know if this would work for you, but if it does, it might take out some of the twang twang.

I'm thinking why can't I just get the machinist at work to turn me out a spacer that's the difference in length from the A2 and carbine tube.

It's a non issue bob. If you run a spacer the same difference as the rifle vs carbine buffer, you'll be fine. I ran a spacer with carbine buffer for a long time before I got an actual jp low mass rifle buffer.

Brownells sells the spacers. When I run a rifle length buffer tube, I prefer a carbine buffer and a spacer. Easier to tune IMHO.

There are gun forums available for questions. Can't think of any off the top of my head, but I know they're out there on the interwebs somewhere.
