I didn't realize there was a forum to post local matches by state, so I'll start posting the matches I go to here in the Upstate of South Carolina. I have only seen 2 other Boomershooters at the matches I go to, but some folks without the jersey may find it of interest. I know it is late in the year for this, but better late than never.

The next match in the upstate SC area is actually in North Carolina on 12/26/15. There is a monthly local 3 Gun match at the Walnut Grove range near Bostic-Sunshine NC. It is held on the last Saturday of each month, rain or shine and starts around 10-10:30.
$25 entry and there is a random draw prize for each squad at the beginning. It's 5 stages, including a 200-300 yd rifle stage. Here is their web site for directions http://www.walnutgrove3gun.webs.com/

12/28/15 there is a 3 stage indoor IDPA match at Sharpshooters Indoor Range and Gun Shop (Greenville SC). IT starts at 6:00PM. Entry fee is $15.75 all IDPA rules apply. It's typically held 2 Mondays a month with a off Monday between, but consult their calendar as the starting Monday changes each month. Here is their web site: http://www.sharpshootersgreenville.com/

The Greenville Gun Club in Greenville, SC is holding it's annual New Years Eve night shoot. Entry fee is $15. Head lamps are not allowed, but woepon mounted lights are OK if you have a holster for it. Otherwise you will be shooting one handed while you hold a light your other hand. It starts as soon as it is sufficiently dark to challenge the shooter.(5-5:30ish). CPSL rules apply, sort of like IDPA, but without mag limits or cover garment requirements and 10 sec penalty for any infractions or misses.
