Why, we don't know, but not everyone wants to shoot a 1911. We've been doing a lot of slide machining for optics for Glocks, Sigs, S&W, CZ, you name it. This one is a Glock 45 slide, machined for Holosun 507K direct mount, radius cut, rear sight dovetail machined in front of optic. Installed suppressor height sights for co-witness. Slide cut refinished with Cerakote.
