Shotgun Chokes, Briley Should know better!

With the M2 you get about 5 chokes. What you don't get is a LM Choke. OK, no problem I ordered I nice LM choke Benelli Crio Plus from Briley. They sent me a Ber Optima Plus. I know it will fit. I know it will be close. But I also know that the optima plus in a benelli will not shoot LM. They have separate part numbers. The bore sizes are different. So the LM choke that I have will not throw the same pattern as a LM choke for the Benelli. So why would a choke company do this. I found it interesting that the choke was already out of the package and into the case I ordered. I will call tomorrow to solve this but if they make the choke I ordered, and I ordered that choke please send me the choke I ordered not one that is close.

This is great. I got screwed by Briley as well because it cost more as well.

Light Modified will get you through 99% of the shooting in a 3 gun match.
There are other chokes that'll do a better job on certain stages but I've rarely seen a stage where a light mod just can't get it done.

I keep a LM, Diffusion & Full in my bag & swap out accordingly.
The diffusion is awesome for those up close in a bay fast & furious stages .

Like Tony said a Light Modified or even a Modified is open enough for fast shooting and tight enough for almost every piece of tough steel. I find my Improved Cylinder in my gun more than my LM or M at most matches now though.

Diffusion sees a lot of action and Full gets used infrequently but when u need it you need it.

I talked with Briley. They made no excuse. They apologized. The chokes are not interchangeable. They are sending correct choke with everything to return wrong choke.
Problem solved.
