I would like to hear from more seaoned shooters, I have never shot with a scope before i have always used a EOTECH or iron, It has added good amount of time to stages, Is it because i am not used to it and when i do i will cut time off or will it be the same?

Depends on who you are and what you're shooting. If it's close range, dots are faster. If it's long range and you're Magic Mike Chambers, you're still going to beat me with a 1x. If you're me and blindish, then long range is waaaay faster with a scope.

I am willing to bet you will get better with practice. If bit you can always mount a set of 45 degree off set back up irons. They are a little weird at first but that guys away real quick and you can blaze on up close stuff with them

I have them already and when i switched to them today i snakeeyes almost every target.. That is why this came up!!!

The 1.25 isn't ever going to be as fast as a Eotech or irons. That little bit of magnification is always going to make your eyes or brain work more to figure out why stuff isn't normal.

My Swarovski and Burris are just as fast on close stuff and way faster on long stuff than my Eotech. The wide FOV on an eotech is fast when there are lots of transitions etc.
