I was practicing at home Friday afternoon. I decided to crank it up to 7 for poops and grins. The entire area was fuzzy like I was looking trough saran wrap. I cleaned front and rear and looked again. Still fuzzy. I worked the power bak to 4 and things cleared back up. Well that is just great. I wasn't hitting the gongs like I thought I should, but this could be as much of my problem as the scopes.
I remembered I had this issue a couple weeks before at Ellsworth and though I was having sunglasses reflection issues or poor eye relief on the long range course.
So, looks like I will be sending it back to Sightron for repair or replacement. Sucks because 1, I like this scope and 2, I have 3GN Regionals coming up in 2 weeks. Looks like I will be robbing the Trijicon off the Mrs's rifle so I can still play.
Anyone ever have a scope do this to them? 1-4 power everything is clear and crisp. 5-7 gets fuzzier as you turn up the dial.
