Guys I've got a 7mm Remington Magnum in a Savage model 111 long action. I'm looking to move this rifle to help supply a dedicated lower for my Grendel and a couple other small projects. I'm new to this board, but I have made successful transactions on multiple other boards, including snipershide, arfcom, OSA, Snipercentral, ebay, etc, so please deal with confidence as I am a stand up guy (in my opinion).
7mm Rem Mag, Long action, tactical bolt knob, bolt lift kit, trigger work which breaks nicely at about 2lbs. Boyds target varmint laminate stock, bedded to action, factory sporter 22" barrel, EGW 20moa base. This is a very nice rifle and was used as my hunting rig for years actually. Has taken many a deer. Shot several coyotes and sucessful shots in the field over 400yds. I also have some ammo that I can include in the deal.
I'm asking $550 for the complete rifle with out scope and rings, however, I will have to see if I can get a headspace gauge to reset the headspace. Thought I had a mcgowan barrel bought awhile back, then the deal fell through.
$250 for the action, including barrel nut and recoil lug
$225 for the stock, monte carlo style buttstock with swelled/vented forend
$30 for the base
$40 for the barrel
The coating that is on the rifle in this pic has since been removed, I marred it up with the action wrench and such. I can reapply it, but is it just krylon textured paint.
I'd intertain trade options. As stated above top of the list would be a AR15 lower, stock (preferably Magpul), 2stage trigger setup, then it would fall to whatever was offered up.
