Ok, since none of you guys wanted to drop the coin on my STI, here's one that will get the job done but take less bite out of your wallet.
5" Rock Island Armory Tactical 9mm 1911.
Here's the breakdown on what's been done to it:
Pistol - $460 @ Bud's Gun Shop
Wilson trigger - $35
Wilson extended mag release - $25 (not shown in photo but installed now)
S&A magwell (blended in) - $86
Dawson Fiber Optic front sight - $39
G10 Grips - $70
10# Wolff variable recoil spring - $10
2 mags come with the pistol, 1 factory, 1 Wilson
Total - $725 (not including shipping, tax or gunsmithing costs)
$550 FTF in South OKC/ Moore. Might consider a nice 3rd Gen Glock 19 or 26, Eotech XPS2-0, or factory .223, 9mm, or .38 spec ammo as partial trade.
