I'm not sure if I'll be able to move to major this spring, or if it's at all worth my while yet, but I sure as hell won't miss NATO brass and .380 brass screwing up my rhythm on the reloading press. I can't stand the monotony of sorting each individual case, so I sort about five headstamps at a time, and some few NATO always make it through, and once in a while a .380ACP.

Yep 380 is the pits when reloading 9x19. What I found to ease (not get rid of) the pain is reload for 380. Then when you find one unexpectedly, say what you normally do but also know you have collected anther piece of 380 brass - still sucks, but helps the mental state.

If reloading on a progressive I usually keep a handful handful of de-primed and resized brass near by. This way when I get a hard to prime case I just switch cases and drive on. Easier then pulling brass from the other stations.

Guess I've been reloading too long. I can feel the difference as soon as I pick it up... I just toss it and grab another. Doesn't even slow me down. The berdan primed crap does get irritating, especially when it bends my decapping pin

I agree with lance I can feel the difference of a 380 or a 38 super right away. I throw it in a bucket i have handy and just grab another.
