red dot optic

Im going to buy a slide mount red dot for the m&p. Which would you recommend? Burris fastfire II or the Jpoint? Both have mounts for the m&p.

I have only used the STS. I have two thoughts on the ones you mention. The JPoint has been around awhile so the weak points may not be as weak as they once were??? When I say weak points I mean the points in the design that will shake loose eventually and cause the dot to fail such as battery contacts, on/off switches, and just about every place a wire is connected. Get whichever one has the best warranty because with slide ride dot sights it's not a matter of if they will break it's a matter of when it will break and if it will be under warranty.
