Reciprocity

Anyone know why there is bad blood between Georgia and SC on the reciprocity issue. I went to georgia packing .com to ask a simple question and they were a little hostile.

seems like i read somewhere that the reason for no reciprocity was a pissing match between ga and sc

GA just doesn't meet the requirements that SC has on the books. Even though GA has it constitutionally correct by not requiring any training for their permits I feel just a little more comfortable knowing that everyone in SC has had some training under their belt. I know some people that if they ever decide to get their CWP and they are able to pass the class...I don't want to be around them if they are armed! GA permit holders are negative because they blame SC for not having reciprocity with them and SC permit holders blame GA. Either the PA or the NH non resident permit will take care of the reciprocity problem!
