Quick quesiton: XDm bi-tone LEO only?

Had a guy who claimed to be former LEO tell me that his fullsized Springfield XDm bi-tone pistol in .40s&w was only sold to LEO only in Oklahoma. I know non-leo's can purchase XDm's, but is there a type of XDm that is restricted to LEO sales only that I don't know about?

Not that I'm aware. We get some special pricing, but that's about it.

You should probably ignore anything a cop tells you about guns unless they have an account on this forum.
