Ok I finally got around to checking out my upper and lower I got from the group buy and one of two things is going on with the dust cover! can these be adjusted any? I know jack squat about AR15's but I can't get the dust cover to stay closed. Anyone able to throw me a bone here about how o adjust or is it worse?

The work on these is awesome I will have to admit that and have been offered back my money several times but I'm building my yote/SHTF/plinker/whatever rifle with these parts, just need some direction on the dust cover latch. Later,

Are you sure you're really getting it closed well? There's not a whole lot you can do to adjust it. I've never had a problem with a port door, but have put together a few completely stripped uppers. The door is pretty basic and is hard to screw up.

Pretty sure I'm getting it completely closed, I've had 1 AR prior and going off that one it SHOULD stay closed with the pressure I'm putting on it. My buddy that is a smith never could get it to stay closed either? I'll agree there is not much of anything to the doors but like I said I'm not a AR15 guru so I thought I would ask since I've not had anyone that could get it to stay closed yet. Later,
