Quality firearms training near VA?

I have been browsing through the threads a little and see lots of Oklahoma training (obviously). I am in the northern neck of VA, and willing to travel a little ways. Anyone ever attended any good, firearms training in Virginia, or near by? I am pretty proficient with the AR and pistol platforms, and am a VERY novice shotgun shooter. But of course, there is ALWAYS room for improvement! Just wanted to see if anyone could recommend any good training programs somewhat local to me. Thanks, and sorry if I missed something already posted.

I also highly reccomend Tom Givens, Im with troy. The man saves lives by teaching excellent pistol skills and mindset. Helped my competition game also!

Thanks for the input. I would love to attend the course. However, I'm headed back overseas for a few months on 9July. Maybe when I return. Always looking to improve and learn new tactics!!

Check out www.pistol-fourms.com there is a lot of guys there from VA area and do LOTS of good training there. If you can make a class from Failure to stop do that as well. http://f2sconsulting.com/Home_Page.php
