powdered graphite?

What is the best way to apply this to the extension tube on a shotgun? just seems to blow everywhere or not spread out evenly. Thanks

Spray it in the hole on the end and down the tube before you install it. It goes everywhere and will get your thumb dirty for quite awhile when loading.
