I have a $300 certificate from Umarex to use on their website. They only sell airguns etc online, so rimfire and centerfire guns are a no-go.
I've narrowed it down to the replica S&W revo or a Break barrel RWS Diana rifle.
Or should I get something whacky like a full auto airsoft gun? Originally I wanted something like a 1911 replica that I could practice with...but they dont make anything that is like a competition gun.

Go vote in my poll.

Set up an airsoft range in your garage or backyard to practice.

RWS 34 is one of the better break barrel air rifles made, when i was a kiddo i killed hundreds of birds/squirrels/rabbits etc etc with my Dads. They really are great!

If you can manage one of the fixed barrel side cocking or underlug cockers they are even more accurate. I would probably with a .22 over .177 if you want to kill things with it.

They do have .22 rimfire ammo. Just one option. Not sure if you can buy it with a gift card on the interwebz though.

My vote for the airsoft was 50/50 to start with. You seem to have more support for the air rifle. If you are going to get more use out of the air rifle, go with it.
