Pretty good buy on some K9s. I think these are the NYPD back up guns, so they will probably have that heavy 12lb trigger, but that can be fixed.

My wife's CCW is a K9 that Ol Yeller redid, and it is a very nice pistol. It has the best DA trigger I have ever shot. Smooth, no creep, and if I was to guess, breaks around 5 or so pounds. Just solid enough to practically eliminate recoil, and very accurate. I am really tempted to pick up another one for Mike to work on again.....
