Pin/Welding a FH to a 14.5" barrel

Does anyone have a smith local to OKC that the would recommend? Any idea of a ballpark price? I'm trying to figure out which path I want to go down right now. Second to that question, had anyone removed a pinned FH? Is the barrel still serviceable post removal?

There are threads on removing perm attach muzzle devices over on AR15.com I just had this done not long ago and used Cold Hand Arms you might try Dustin Gaunder at class 3 designs also. I believe it was around $50
