pig tail gas tube and enidine buffer for 16" barrel

Sorry i shoul have specified that it is for an ar platform with a standard profile 16 inch barrel.

Enidines like to break, pig tails work somewhat. I would by ammo instead.

Kurt, your idea sounds pretty good, ill probably go with that. i just wanted to see if anybody has been successful using either of these systems on a 16" gun competitively.

That pigtail deal sounds interesting but for that price you could sell your 16" barrel take the $100 you would have spent and get the barrel length you desire.

I'd say no, and you're never going to realize the full potential of both if you don't have an adjustable gas system.

That said, I don't even think lightened guts and an adjustable gas block are that big of a deal.
