Like the title says, I have a PASGT Kevlar helmet. Rated at IIIA, it's designed to stop shrapnel and most handgun calibers. It's OD green but camo covers in your choice of pattern are inexpensive. It can be worn "as is" or the suspension system can be upgraded to the modern padded system for $60. Considering these helmets are $250+ new, this is a money saving addition to any SHTF stockpile!
