WTS: LIVE 40mm Ammunition for M79/M203 Launchers

I have 3 different types of live 40mm ammunition for use in the M79 and M203 grenade launchers.

The first round I have available is the 40mm M781 target practice "orange chalk" marker round, which is sold by the 25 round case. Each case is $150, which works out to be $6 per round. These rounds are not sold individually.....only by the case.

The second round I have available is the 40mm M583A1 White Star Parachute flare/illumination round. If purchased individually, these rounds are $48 each. There are 22 rounds per sealed case, and the case price is $950.....which works out to be $43 per round. There are two 22 round cases in a crate....total crate count is 44 rounds. Crate price is $1750, or $39 per round.

The third round I have available is by far the coolest...........the 40mm M992 Infrared Parachute flare/Illumination round. Unlike other 40mm parachute flare rounds, which illuminate the battlefield for both its users and opposing force, the M992 produces very little visible light. Instead, it lights up the battlefield with IR-spectrum light, benefitting only those equipped with nightvision equipment. If purchased individually, these rounds are $58 each. There are 22 rounds per sealed case, and the case price is $1100.....which works out to be $50 per round. There are two 22 round cases in a crate....total crate count is 44 rounds. Crate price is $1980, or $45 per round. Our military also thinks pretty highly of this round, as it won the Army Greatest Inventions Award in 2010.

Shipping cost is a flat $30 for each case to anywhere in the continental US. Same shipping price applies to crates. Shipping will obviously be less on orders for individual rounds. No shipping to destinations where this ammunition is prohibited by law. No international shipping. Credit cards accepted with no upcharge.

Thanks,
Marshall

HUH???

I see no connection between 40mm grenade launcher munitions and night vision goggles, other than that they are military surplus I suppose. :?

EDIT:

Oh, ok now I get it. The third type is for IR illumination purposes, but these are all NFA though right? I wonder how many of our members actually have a launcher for this stuff...
