Ok here it is, don't know if anyone would be interested but I've got a little hand cannon that I've not shot in the last 6 months just don't seem to have the time for LR anymore not to mention the drive to ranges with some distance. I built this back in August last year and have put 63 rounds down the tube. Here's the specs,
Chambering in 7WSM (162gr. A-Max 3.100" COL)
Savage striker action (original 243 caliber)
McGowen 20" 1-9 twist .284 cal (throated to seat 162gr. A-Max to 3.100" and be .010" off the lands)
Jim See muscle break (pure awesome and needed
SSS trigger about 1# (haven't checked it to be sure)
EGW +20 MOA base
Bolt handle and Bolthead from Kevin Rayhill
Stock and Hydrodip from Jim See
I'm sure there are some other goodies I'm forgetting, also all the original stuff I have goes with it along with 1 bag of new Winchester brass, what brass I have on hand, Hornady dies, and some RL-17 and RL-22 I was working on loads with and I might have some primers also. The scope I'm gonna hold onto as it might find a home on my 284 Win.
I'm going to ask $1300.00, not you normal pistol as 6" plates at 500 yards are fun. I'd rather keep it but this USPSA stuff is closer to home and I need a new pistol so thought I'd see if anyone might be interested. Here's a pic of the pistol. Later,
Kirk
