New tube spring

Before I cut, do you guys think I should add a couple extra inches from stock or same length? I can always cut again. Nordic spring seems heavier than stock mossberg.

measure 14" from end of extension & cut there.

If you can't get the supposed capacity with that, remove a little more & check.......rinse & repeat
