Hey guys, thought I'd throw this out here in case anyone in or around Tulsa/Owasso area is looking for someone to work on some guns or needs an FFL.
Rob Elston has been working on CZ's for a while now and I recently had him tune up my trigger for me.
He replaced the old style 85c trigger with the new style 85c trigger, polished up the internals while he was at it, and replaced the main spring, trigger return spring and installed a floating trigger pin. The trigger is a lot smoother now and is pretty light in single action without taking any of the crispness out of the trigger break. I believe they were at 7#da and 2.5#sa which is about as low as I personally wanted to go in single action mode.
I dropped my gun off at Rob's in the morning and he had it back to me by mid-afternoon. Mind you, that I don't live too far from him so it was an easy drop off and pick up. But he should be able to turn any work around fairly quickly and you won't have to pay the gosh awful shipping fees to the out of state guys.
He has also done several ffl transfers for me too and he always calls promtly when my stuff arrives. No waiting a day or two while others "log it in and we'll call you" type stuff that some stores around Tulsa do.
I know Rob's on the forum and at almost every handgun match so if you guys need anything hit him up and he'll get you taken care of!
Just a friendly bump and fyi in case anybody is looking for this type of thing.
Chad
