Just felt like sharing this.
Mike Morris of Yale, Michigan is the first season winner of Master of Arms (tv program). He makes custom knives as well as a handful of off the shelf friction folders made from industrial files, 6 different blade shapes, 5 different handle shapes and a bunch of handle material selections for about $150. Slight upcharge for titanium or brass handles.
Fixed blades are all custom ordered and his prices are adjusted upward accordingly. I ordered a pair of friction folders and I'll post pics later when they come in. I'm just happy to support a fellow Michigan small business.
