Is anyone like me and have an M4 that eats whatever... I've got a ammo can of range ammo that is mixed Wolf steel and brass cased. heck there is probably at least 4 mfg. of ammo in that can, and my rifle eats it up.

Is your rifle ammo picky?

I've fired thousands of rounds (Federal, Wolf, PPU) Brass/steel and never had a malfunction, ever. This is through two AR's (built by me) One PSA lower/upper and with PSA barrel and one Aero lower/upper with Daniel Defense barrel. :D

My main rifle will eat anything, which is why it's my main rifle. My recent pistol build would too, but all of a sudden it decided not to like Tulammo.....haven't even thought about how to address it yet or if I even care.

My AR is picky, but there are only 4 or 5 manufacturers of 6.8 so not a huge deal. Runs 100% with Hornady unless I put the slidefire on, then the chamber gets tight after the first 2 mags. Rock River upper on Sharps lower with mixed internals.

Haven't shot my 5.56/22 AR yet, so can't say, but what I have for it is mixed brass and steel cased.

I have a Palmetto State Defense lower that I built myself with a Stag left handed factory complete upper. I haven't any trouble with ammo at all. I shoot probably a 50/50 mix of brass and steel.
