What I don't understand is why they don't make the magazines have really high capacity. 12+1 out of a full-ish size? Come on.

Probably reliability vs spring size vs spring compression and such. Probably same reason the Black Dog magazines for the AR15 .22's are 27 rounds instead of 30 like a full size regular .223 mag.

I saw one run on a Shot Show show. I believe Jerry M was shooting it. Ran good on whatever ammo they were feeding it. Of coarse they wouldn't show it jamming on tv always.

In early March it was mid-April for an on-the-shelf date. At the end of April the "Engineering nerds have them over in the range running them and providing feedback to Walther." which means "don't get your f'ing hopes up that your dealer will have one in his case before September."

I think it will be getting cold before I get to own one.
