We will be having a long range match at Spearpoint Ranch which is about 45 miles NW of Salina, Ks on May 4, 2013.
This is a fun match for people to stretch the legs out on their rifles a little and learn what they can from it. We shoot out to 1400 yds with the majority of the shots in the 400 to 800 yd range. Mostly steel targets so no steel core or "penetrater" type ammo. .300 mag or smaller. Target sizes range from 8"x8" up to silhouette size.
Match fee is $20, we have a small lodge available if anyone wants to come up the evening before a match and stay, $30 a night on that, you'll have to let us know ahead of time so we can hold a spot for you.
In general, our matches are the first Saturday of the month unless we have hunts booked at that time.
