I just got my new barrel installed last night so I guess I better hit the range tomorrow afternoon and sight it in and start practicing pronto!
That 18" double fluted from Loki is friggin light!!! It makes a huge difference in the feel of the rifle.

Any chance you got pics or weighed the barrel before you installed it?

I'll get some pics up later tonight. No I didn't get a weight on it. I don't have a digital scale at home to use, but comparing it with the 16" government profile barrel I was using, it's a world of difference for sure. I was having to use a Magpul ACS stock to counterbalance the weight, but now I'll be able to use a CTR without it being too front heavy.

If anyone has a membership at OKCGC and wouldn't mind me tagging along then we could sight it in and run a few hundred rounds through it tomorrow afternoon, otherwise I'll be going to Banner rd.to sight in @ 100yds.

also wormy i have the 20 inch barrel and i love it, shot it for the first time sat and put about 150 rounds through it and was very impressed... if you would like to shoot sometime just let me know..

I put 120 rounds through my new barrel and its grouping quite nicely. I'm very impressed with it so far, can't wait to run and gun with it.

Come on 22nd..

With a poor rest and a Spikes battle trigger, I was getting 1.5 moa @ 100yds. With a good sandbag rest and a better trigger I'm sure it would close up considerably. I was using American Eagle 55grain fmj

It looks badass too :)

Thanks Tony. I knew I could count on you.
Should I mention that I've beat you on a few stages at some of the different competitions we've been at? Nah!! You already knew that :)

I never said the better shooter was me, hell I can't hit the broad side of a barn.
Just ribbin' on you buddy.

American eagle 55grain fmj.

I took my time on each shot. There's no way in hell I can shoot like that under the buzzer.
