Knock sensors gone bad

My 04 Sierra z71 threw a code last week saying bank two knock sensor is bad. That is all Greek to me. Anyone know what that means, if it has to be fixed, how to fix it or how much?

Do you know what the actual code number was?

Usually on those it can be one of the sensors or the harness - you got to pull intake manifold to get to either and there is really no good test if any of it is good: we replace both sensors and harness as a kit.
