Shot this hog last weekend and had an opportunity to shoot at some hogs yesterday.
Unfortunately the hogs where already on the stand when I arrived.
Before I could get close enough to take a shot they moved into the thicket.

Do you ever harvest the hogs? I find the meat to be....rather inedible.

I do not but I give them to others when ever I find someone to take them.
This one went to Burbages processing to make sausage for a friend.

here are my 2 best one's this season. First is a 10pt from Pelzer SC that was 206lbs and Gross scores in the 150's. He should easily make the book after the 60 day drying time. Second one is my 8pt bow kill from Georgia. 219lbs .
