Is there a more amusing way to burn 250gr of AA2230 than this?

I took my little sister shooting a bit ago and she developed a fondness for my 3 gun AR. As siblings do we ended up having a contest to see how quickly we could shoot a target at about 7 yards 10 times. Her run is just full of profanity and she had a miss so I won't put it up out of respect for her but I thought I'd post my run since I found it so hilarious.
