inner size of belt

Per Production division rules: "Maximum distance of handgun and mags/speed loaders from inner side of belt". What is inner side of belt in inner & outer belt systems (e.g. crspeed or doublealpha)? Is the distance measured from inner side of an inner or outer belt?

Inner/outer count as 1 belt. It is the dist. from the inside of the inner belt next to your pants. The rule is set up to limit the dist. the gun will be away from the body. If It went from the inside of the outer belt, you could game the rule by adding material between outer & inner belts until the gun was at your desired distance, it would be pointless.

That doesn't say that at all, You need to read it. 5.2.5 clearly says measured from the pants & appendix E2 even shows a picture of the measurement.

I'm reading 5.2.5 this way too. Just a little bit confused about different people are measuring different way. Anyway my rig is setup and measured as on pretty book pictures.
