Anyone know of a reliable way to save DVD's to a hard drive? I'm tired of carrying abunch of DVD's on travel with me.

If I remember right, I used to use a program called DVDshrink. I was a little confused when I first started using it but got it figured out pretty quick and it worked pretty well.

Many of the bluray disks offer a digital download with the disk purchase.
Many also come with the std DVD format as well.
So you end up with 3 options for 1 price that's not much more than the cost of just the dvd format.

if you're trying to store data, just copy them off to an ISO.... if its something else you're working on... maybe poke around here

+1 on the ISO.. I use magiciso to create the ISO file.. then use ImgBurn to burn it.. 100% reliable and 100% free on both sides.. Good luck!!
