I'm pretty new to the game

Hey ya'll,
I'm currently stationed in Fort Bragg, NC but will be returning to the Piedmont area next year. I bought an 870 after I got back from Afghanistan and have since caught the hell out of the gun bug. I'll be here asking questions that ya'll will think is dumb but I don't really know anything about civilian arms.
