I'm a 1911 grip panel whore

I used to love changing 1911 grips every few weeks/months. Wood. Micarta. You name it, I tried it.

A few years ago I put a set of VZ Grips on my carry gun and have never looked back. They are VZ Operators.

The Aliens are bad ass too but you better not have those next to your bare skin.

I put some Hogue G10 Piranha grips on my Trojan. Makes it feel like holding a double-stack gun, which I am used to.

What caliber is your Trojan? If 9mm, probably dumb question: Does it make weight?

mine is 1oz under with a S&A Magwell & ergo grips

.40S&W, and I have yet to weigh it. Prob will weigh both guns soon, see below.

I also got a Sig Traditional Match Elite this month, and put Kensight Sharkskin grips on it. They are badass, but standard thickness. I am in the mode of trying slimmer grips at the moment, due to Tanfo stuff.
