I Was Shot Memorial Day Weekend

Thought i would share a story, and how the event changed my life.

When ever I go out camping, I am always armed. At the time this story takes place, I had with me my Ruger 10-22 rifle. It was always by my side and i never left camp without it. Even in previous trips to the outhouse, I would carry it slung over my shoulder always loaded, always ready. That is until this day.

Well written, very professional. I was drawn into the story early on.
Mention more on the yelling, cussing and stinging pain. That kind of painful event is not easy to forget.
Switch the photo of the bolt action rifle out for one with a Ruger 10/22.
Most of us don't wear camouflage or carry an XD in our hand when camping.
