I need to borrow a Midwest Industries jam nut wrench...

for a SS12 forend. Long shot though it may be I'm hoping someone in the general vicinity of Tulsa has one I can borrow for a day or two. I will come to you to pick up and return the wrench. Thanks gang.

Well I ain't in Tulsa, or really even close, but if you don't find one let me know and you can use mine. Not exactly what your after, but I think it will work. If you have to resort to this, let me know and I'll post or email you a pic of it and you can see if it may work for you. I can ship it to ya and then you can ship it back. Heck for as much as it weighs you might be able to just buy one cheaper then the shipping costs, but it's up to you. Goodluck

I installed my MI Rail without one. I think I had a YHM one but it really didn't fit, so I covered a flat head screw driver with electrical tape, put it in the slot on the jam nut and tapped it with a hammer until I got it as tight as I needed.

That's what I did with my YHM.
