How to post a thread.

I welcome anyone else to jump in with this.

First go to Forums.
Next click any topic like Off Topic.
All past Off topic threads are shown at left.
Top right, click Post Thread.

Fill in threads title first & then write your post in the area I'm using to write now.

Last click Post Thread at the bottom of the page.
Does this make sense? I tried to search a thread on how to post but found none.
