So in a city with some of the toughest and most stringent gun laws in the US, we have a random shooting in the deli. Clearly this crime should be easy to solve, since New York is so restrictive on who can legally own weapons. No one would ever unlawfully possess a weapon, in that city. They just have to go door to door in the housing projects and check those weapons that are legally registered. Obviously t was one of those that
