Just ordered my M&P40c. Was wanting some recommendations from you guys on holsters. I plan on carrying IWB and prefer leather, however, would be open-minded to any and all suggestions. Thanks again for the input.

I like my crossbreed Supertuck, a lot. My roommate had a CompTac Minotaur that was also nice. A raven concealment systems holster is nice but not comfortable for me to wear IWB.

I had a Crossbreed Supertuck also, and for a S&W M&P40c as well. It was in horsehide, and it was a pretty good IWB holster. I'm finding I like the all-leather IWB holsters better. My EMP cuts some of the plastic away from the ejection-port molding on my Looper Best Tuckin' Holster, which I really don't appreciate.

Don Hume (Miami ...ah,,, MY am MA) OK makes a very good production holster. I have accumulated a few JIT"S and their knock off Summer special IWB ... I think I have a J frame pocket holster around here someplace.

They finish the leather well.. and the stiching is tight and uniform... for a mass produced holster DH does a very good job boning the leather to the gun.

I kinda like Kydex with a tupperware pistol... the draw is a lot slicker. David E makes a nice line of IWB"S and belt holsters...he's on this forum and works out of Edmond.

Ya Dennis I really liked that Don Hume that you had. What model is it. Granted I also like the look of the Crossbreeds and have heard a lot of good things about them.

I've heard lots of good things about the supertucks, but I've also heard that with that large piece of leather on there, it tends to make you sweat more in the summer. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it's something to think about.
