Does anyone ever attend the High Noon meetings at H&H? I always wanted to attend but never got around to it.

Tomorrow, July 15, 2011 speakers are

â€Ž1. Ervin Box, defense attorney for Jerome Ersland, will be present and discuss the trial and sentencing.
2. City Councilman Ed Shadid will talk about the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
3. Norman City Councilman Hal Ezzell will discuss vote to leave the Oklahoma Municipal League.

He said
- this case never should have been filed
- the DA was able to get the original judge on the case to recuse herself so that they could get the next judge in line who used to be a prosecutor
- the CME who did the autopsy was fired and said the first shot (in the head) was non-fatal despite brain matter in the guy's afro/stocking cap
- of the 75 potential jurors, most of them were young women... exactly who he didn't want as a juror
- During jury selection, he asked a potential juror if she had heard of the case and she blatantly lied as Ervin Box's son was checking juror's out on facebook.
- The Box family lawyers are banned from the DA's office because Ervin's son was "threatening" to a DA's assistant. Apparently they were talking and she started walking away and ignoring him and he called out her name 3 times...
- Ervin Box said he got 'tunnel vision.' He kept mentioning over and over, "if I were Jerome Ersland, I would have done the same thing."
- A lot of witness testimony by Ervin Box was precluded. For example, police officers who have been in shootings before
