I bought a like new Bushmaster Carbon 15 last night. I was going to tear it down and make a lightweight pistol out of it....but....my plans might have changed...

It has had about 100 rounds thru it...It looks like new.

For anyone that doesn't know what it is....It is an AR-15 Glock....in other words, it has a polymere
(Plastic like a Glock is made from) upper and lower. It is super leight weight...It feels like a b-b gun...
but, it is an AR in .223. It comes with a flat top and has a factory red dot setting on it.

I have the books and everything that came from the factory with it except the cardboard box...

I have an extra, so, it goes with 2 mags and 40 rounds of Wolf Ammo...

I also have a black bag for it.

$800.00 takes it...Would be cool to make your wife a shooter with...

I really hate to, but, might take a trade...This would be the best truck gun in the world....

Steve, I may be incorrect, but for future reference....I believe the law does not allow you to build a pistol out of a gun that has been a rifle without jumping through the proper NFA hoops. However you can take a stripped lower, as long as it wasn't specifically designated as a rifle lower when originally sold and build a pistol with it, and even turn it into a rifle later, but you then can't go back to the pistol.

I am not a lawyer, i may be wrong, just saying this to potentially keep you out of trouble if you decide to move forward with this idea in the future.
