Glock triggers

I have a G19c that I would like to change to a 3.5# trigger. I was doing some googling and some people were talking about changing out some springs at the same time to smooth out the trigger. So what all is involved with the swap? Also, how easy is the bar to change? Best place to pick up the parts?

bE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A GLOCK FACTORY 3.5# CONNECTOR. ITS EASY TO INSTALL YOURSELF; DONT FUTZ WITH THE SPRINGS.

I actually like the feel of the factory 5lb connector over the ghost 3.5. I did change the springs though with a wolf extra power setup. Just info for you, but from what I've heard, as I don't know him and have never seen his work, Mike knows what he's talkin bout.
