Father's day and 4th of July is getting here fast. You can now be ready, these don't come up very often.
Need to sell my Cookshack electric smoker. These things are just pure awesome, and they are soooo easy to use. Just add a couple of chunks of wood, put in what you are smoking, close the door and set your temp. That's it, forget about it.
It's the all stainless "Elite" model. It has never needed any parts replaced and it's made right here in Oklahoma if it ever does. This company makes the most popular pit smokers on the BBQ competition circuit and they are absolutely 1st rate. As a matter of fact I think these electric ones are banned from competition because they are "too easy" to get awesome foods out of.
Here is a link and some pics. As you can tell it's seasoned up and ready to go. Comes with the meat probe and casters which are not on it, but I do have them. Only reason I'm selling it is my big gas grill is all but dead and I'm buying a Big Green Egg so I can do steaks over charcoal. It will do long 18 hour smokes on brisket and such too, and it will save me some room that I just don't have.
